The anchor is designed for installation using standard-sized ANSI tolerance drill bits, eliminating the need for specialized tools. Its hex-washer head requires no separate washer, providing a clean installed appearance. The THD37134H is removable, making it suitable for temporary anchoring applications such as formwork or bracing. It is code listed for cracked and uncracked concrete applications under the 2015, 2012, and 2009 IBC/IRC, per ICC-ES ESR-2713, and is UL/FM listed, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
