Alpha Polymers AP200 HFO base resin is optimized for professional spray-foam application under a range of environmental conditions, with recommended processing pressures of 900 1,200 psi and hose temperatures between 110 120F. Its performance contributes to a Class II vapor retarder when the system is applied to 1 in. or more, supporting moisture control in insulated assemblies. The cured foam also meets firesafety criteria, with a flame-spread index of 25 or less and smoke development up to 450 in standard testing, making it suitable for code-compliant building envelope construction.
