Lowe’s Announces Agreement to Acquire Foundation Building Materials, a Leading North American Distributor of Interior Building Products

I am pleased to share the news of FBM’s acquisition of the assets of KCG/Rew Materials. REW Materials has been a successful and well-respected distributor of interior and exterior building materials, with operations across 23 states. The addition of 800 REW employees and 45 distribution branches will further expand and strengthen the FBM national footprint. With these new team members and facilities, FBM is able to increase our product offerings to builders, contractors and the overall construction trades.
