It is noncombustible per ASTM E136 and has a low VOC content of 50 g/L, supporting green building initiatives. The material is mildew resistant (ASTM G21 compliant) and provides consistent performance across varied environmental conditions. Suitable for application thicknesses based on UL designs, it is a reliable choice where code-mandated protection and material stability are priorities.

• Designed to provide fire protection to concealed floor and roof assemblies, steel beams, columns, joists and concrete assemblies in building construction projects
