Order Status

​​​​​​​How do I check the status of my order?

When logged in to the FBM Shop Now site, you can go to "My Account"- "Orders" and see a complete listing of all the orders associated with your account and their order status. You can choose from a range of filter options to narrow your search as needed.

Delivery Information

How can I track my delivery?

Order tracking notifications are available for orders shipped via FBM Truck through a series of email notifications and through FedEx and UPS Tracking number if shipped using one of those carriers. Both FedEx and UPS Tracking info will be on your order confirmation email.

In-Store Pick Up

How will I know when my order is ready to pick up at your local FBM location?

Customers will be notified via a series of emails regarding when their order is ready for in store pick up.

Account Status & Available Credit

How can I check my account status and available credit?

When logged in to the FBM E-com Site you can go to My Account - My Credit and see details about your account including payment status, balance and available credit. Some users, depending on their permissions may or may not be able to view this information. ​​​​​​​

FBM HighRadius Account

How can I access and pay my bills online?

You can view, manage and pay your bills online through HighRadius. If you are an admin on your company's MyFBM account, you can log into HighRadius by clicking your name in the header and selecting the Payment Portal button or navigating to the financials page.​​​​​​​

Order Cancellation

​​​​​​​How do I request an order cancellation?

​​​​​​​To cancel an order placed on the FBM Now site, go to "My Account"-"Orders" and find the order you would like to cancel. The click on the FBM order number and select the "Request Cancellation" button in the upper right corner.

How do I delete my MyFBM account?

To delete your MyFBM account and associated data, you have two options:

  • In-App Deleteion:
    • - Open the MyFBM app
    • - Go to Profile Settings
    • - Select the "Delete Account" option
    • - Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion
  • External Deletion:

Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all associated data from our active databases. Some information may be retained for legal or security purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
