How do I check the status of my order?
When logged in to the FBM Shop Now site, you can go to "My Account"- "Orders" and see a complete listing of all the orders associated with your account and their order status. You can choose from a range of filter options to narrow your search as needed.
How can I track my delivery?
Order tracking notifications are available for orders shipped via FBM Truck through a series of email notifications and through FedEx and UPS Tracking number if shipped using one of those carriers. Both FedEx and UPS Tracking info will be on your order confirmation email.
How will I know when my order is ready to pick up at your local FBM location?
Customers will be notified via a series of emails regarding when their order is ready for in store pick up.
How can I check my account status and available credit?
When logged in to the FBM E-com Site you can go to My Account - My Credit and see details about your account including payment status, balance and available credit. Some users, depending on their permissions may or may not be able to view this information.

How do I request an order cancellation?
To cancel an order placed on the FBM Now site, go to "My Account"-"Orders" and find the order you would like to cancel. The click on the FBM order number and select the "Request Cancellation" button in the upper right corner.
