SpecSeal ES Sealant is a latex-based gun grade elastomeric firestop sealant designed for construction joint applications. Once cured, ES Sealant forms a flexible shield against the passage fire and smoke. In dynamic joint conditions, ES Sealant is tested to accommodate up to 25% compression/extension of the installed joint width.

Water-based = easy installation and cleanup
Safe = no solvents and no asbestos
Thyrotropic = high-build application
UL certified = listed in over 80 UL Tested Firestop systems! when tested to ASTM E1966/UL 2079 up to 4 hour fire resistance rating
