Lead lined drywall consists of a thin uniform layer of lead sheet adhered to the surface of an industry-standard 5/8 in. fire-coded piece of drywall. It is used in new construction or shielding upgrades and renovations for P.E.T and other types of diagnostic imaging rooms.

• Lead-lined thickness: 1/32 in. 2#
• Lead-lined to 7 ft.
• Used in medical, nuclear and industrial facilities for installations that often cover a large surface area, such as walls and ceilings
• Covered under the ASTM C 1396 gypsum board standard specification
• Mounted vertically to metal or wood studs by normal drywall screws
