Sto's Stolit® 1.0 has a higher resistance to dirt pick-up, mildew, and alge. Stolit® 1.0 is ready to use out of the bucket (no additives needed), and when dry, repels water and resists wind-driven rain. This water-based formula is safe, non-toxic, and cleans up with water, while meeting South Coast Air Quallity Management District requirements.
