SubSeal40 has a broad temperature range allowing installation in cold weather and can adhere to most clean, dry surfaces including metal, wood vinyl, masonry, ICF foundations, Gold Bond, and rigid insulation boards. It's also easy to cut and shape with the use of standard scissors or a sharp knife. For the best adhesion, SubSeal can be applied by rolling the entire surface with a hand roller while focusing attention, particularly on seams. This particular membrane must be covered within 90 days of application.
