DuPont Residential Sealant is a durable, highly-flexible sealant for window and door installation and general construction. This sealant is scientifically formulated to bond with DuPont Building Envelope Solutions products and a wide range of general building substrates.

• Excellent weatherability '“ virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone and temperature extremes of -20°F (-29°C) to 180°F (82°C)
• Excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of construction materials and building components
• Excellent adhesion to all DuPont residential and commercial weather barrier products
• Excellent adhesion to all DuPont Flashing Products with DuPont Tyvek® top-sheets
• Exceptionally low VOC (below 1.5%, equivalent to less than 16 g/L)
