Rivets

Our extensive range of building supplies includes a selection of pop (blind) rivets, primarily designed for roof construction and fitting HVAC systems.

 

Only requiring access to one side, pop rivets provide permanent fastening in applications like installing hanger straps when securing pipes and ducts to rafters, and joining gutters to help them better withstand bad weather conditions. Pop rivets can also be used when hanging signs and attaching heavy ceiling features, and in general woodworking, such as affixing knobs and handles.

 

Most of the rivets available at FBM are aluminium, with white or black plastic domed heads to deliver a uniform finish, even when installing panels over uneven substrate. They are best suited to sheet metal applications.
